Joyce Lester Ministries was established in January 2010 as an interdenominational Bible study and community outreach ministry. Through JLM and Metro Education & Outreach Services (MEOS) have been serving the community through the following ministries:

Metro Education & Outreach Services was founded in 2011 as an education and community outreach organization to provide crisis management skills training and temporary emergency assistance for individuals and families in the St. Paul community, with a primary focus on the African/African American population.
